“Clean room, overall just decent a good”

“Small breakfast selection. Faucet on sink needs attention, water leaks out when it is fully turned on.”

“When we arrived they could not find my reservation. We asked for non-smoking room, the room smelled like smoke. The floor was sticky. The toilet was wobbly. We had to walk all the way around the main building just to get ice. (Said that the back entrance was out of order.) No one came to change the trash the whole time we were there.”

“Ive been drug down threw there with Expedia and I'm letting them... Problem after problem after problem and the staff doesn't know how to fix anything. The phone help hotline is terrible and slow and the online chat help center is even worse!!! But I keep TRYING to book with them....”

“The mattress was so stained it was the color of rust. The entire room smelt like an ashtray me and my partner stayed for about five minutes and left and got a different hotel. The conditions of this hotel clean nor safe and it is laughable that they are charging anything for people to stay here.”

“When we checked in, the front desk attendant was phenomenal!! We were tired from traveling all day and had just left another hotel that was filthy. She was very patient. Our rooms were clean and it was a very pleasant experience.”

“The beds were OK. The facility is fairly new about a year and a half old, but it is extremely dirty. It was short on washcloths so they suggested using a hand towel which was OK coming in one evening. I turned the corner and there’s a big old dog there that that got away scared me to guess cause I thought I was gonna have to shoot the dog and then that would’ve been a big mess”
