“Hotel elegante in una zona molto frequentata e caotica. Nei dintorni non ci sono ristoranti occidentali, se non in park street (20 minuti a piedi nel caos o 20 minuti di taxi). L'hotel potrebbe provvedere ad un servizio ristorazione per la clientela internazionale. Non capisco a cosa serva un inserviente che stà tutto il giorno in ascensore a selezionare i piani per i clienti! Per il resto molto bene”

“This property is in Park street which is old city of Kolkata. Area around property is too noisy and dirty every where people and people no place even to walk. People just throw garbage everywhere and keep splitting everywhere no place to walk without splits. How people don’t have common sense they clean their faces but makes streets dirty. Regarding property it was old houses that converted in hotel, whole staff was very good they can cook breakfast and dinner on demands, make tea and coffee....

“Possibly the worst hotel I have stayed in 40 years. The linen is grey , the pillows are filthy, very low water pressure . We booked the best room and the AC was broken on the complete fifth floor had to move to the second floor smaller room. We were charged for a night we did not stay due plane delay. All in all your hotel Is terrible. The hotel smells very bad ”
