“The patio door didn’t work properly and we were told by the maintenance man that having to lift and drag the door to open and close it was ok and nothing needed to be done. The door was obviously in need of repair. The fire alarm went off one night about midnight and we evacuated to the lobby. We looked for direction from hotel staff but there was no hotel staff in the building and a guest had to call 911. Someone we assumed was hotel staff arrived just before the fire department but he never...

“Every business should be responsible of what they state on booking platform such as hotels.com (expedia). If you declare that the room has kitchen ware, cutlery, refrigeration then I'll have to find it and not been asked to pay $35 to upgrade to a room which has it.”

“This is a lovely small villa as a part of a vineyard. The family who are running it are lovely. The rooms are large and comfortable with a jetted tub as well as a shower in the oversized bathroom. The view is nothing short of stunning, overcooking Osoyoos lake and the mountains on the opposite side of the valley. We will definitely stay here again. It is not in town but is a short 3 minute drive away from all the amenities you could need. ”
