“First time staying at Granjam. Absolutely delightful. Room is clean, spacious and hotel staff are all thoughtful. Be sure to check out their daily dinner set menu...best japanese meals we have ever had!”

“The resort was first class. We loved the Onsen which they had both private and public. They had no restrictions on Tattoos. The breakfast was great and we saved a lot of money on dinners since they had free wine, soups, miso, udon, etc every afternoon. ”

“The hotel is very near to the slope for the resort, less 2 mins of walking. Dry room is located in the basement level Restaurant is good for both breakfast and dinner with reasonable price. Supermarket is just right across the street The only down side is it can be a little bit noisy during the late night on the main street. ”

“This is such a great place to ski/snowboard. The hotel is great and has a lot of space, theirs a lot to do in the hotel also besides being outside in the snow. The onsen and massage is great also and add the breakfast and dinner to your stay, you won’t regret it! It’s very peaceful and relaxing and we enjoy coming here. Can’t wait to come back!”

“Lovely trip to Hakuba with the family staying at the footstep of the Iwatake slopes. The snow was on and my family and I had a great time. The cottage is lovely, something you would imagine staying at in the snow or by a lake. Has everything you need in it, from the kitchen to the bathroom. “This property was the ice cream to our trip- the property was beautifully built, maintained and allows for the best possible mountain view from the base. The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! “OPENして１週間しか経ってなかった（らしい）こともあり、部屋は驚くほど広く清潔で、インテリアや内装が全てセンスよくとても快適に過ごせました。我々以外のお客さんは全員外国人でした。３人家族（子供は４歳）なのに、３ベッドルーム（２バスルーム）の部屋を予約してしまっていたようで、結局一部屋しか使わず勿体無かった・・・笑 TVは民放が入らずnetflixのみでしたが我が家は全くもんだなく楽しく過ごせました。キッチンは、非常に大きく使い勝手がよく、食器類、カトラリ類、クッカー類（フライパンや鍋など）も全て清潔でセンスのよいおしゃれなものが揃っています。食洗機も冷蔵庫も揃っています。大人数で利用するには非常に良い宿泊先だと思います”

The host was very responsive and is able to arrange for a rental car and recommend gear rentals or even classes for your winter sports activities. The location is also conveniently located at the heart of Echoland, with several food options, gear rentals and convenience shops. The housekeeping was attentive, dry room was spacious and well equipped and kitchen was well equipped too. Highly recommended! ”
