“Shower was dirty had dark stains on it, bed mattress had stain trash in hallway I can feel the spring on mattress nasty ”

“The staff were very friendly check-in was very easy. The only thing I found wrong with the property was the rooms were old specially, the bathrooms things needed to be fixed and re-grouted and recaulk And housekeeping really needed to clean and rechecked rooms in our room we had a dishwasher. It had macaroni left in it. There was stains on the wall near the mirror. The room just needed to be better cleaned other than that I like the hotel very convenient target Starbucks, and other...

“Before booking I explained that we needed to have a meeting after checkout time.. We were told this would be fine and the manager confirmed this the next morning. When we learned our meeting would be at a later time she said we could not meet. The meeting area was empty. Why makes things difficult for clients? I travel frequently and have always been able to leave luggage or use the lobby and meeting areas after a checkout when I reason. I will not book at a Best Western again.”

“Personale gentile. Stanza ampia e pulita ma vicino alla finestra c’era un pezzo di carta da parati che veniva via. L’ascensore la mattina era molto sporco, c’era un mozzicone di sigaretta per terra e il pavimento era appiccicaticcio. La zona colazione alle 8.30, quindi mezz’ora prima della fine del servizio era molto caotica e disorganizzata. Quando siamo scesi non c’era nulla e il ragazzo stava rifornendo tutto nello stesso momento. Avrebbe potuto farlo man mano di modo che non si creasse...

“Zona silenziosa, bella e spaziosa camera, colazione adeguata con caldo e freddo e una birreria con live music a ridosso dell'Hotel. Un parcheggio adeguato ed il personale gentile. Pienamente soddisfatto di aver scelto questo albergo come tappa durante un viaggio”

“We could not stay there as the place was dilapidated, and had scary characters hanging around. We are requesting a full refund but Expedia and the hotel are fighting it. ”
