After being gone for over 8 hours we found that housekeeping never came. My husband had to go downstairs to ask them to clean the room up. We couldn't call downstairs because the phone isn't actually plugged in or usable. It's just a prop. The lack of an elevator is inconvenient at best and not ADA complaint I'm...

“The kitchen did not have any cooking or eating items at all. There was a sign implying you could purchase some at the front desk. The "breakfast" was coffee, some oatmeal packets, two breakfast bars, and one tiny muffin. We were there during the beginning of "breakfast" hours and there wasn't even enough for us 3 to all have 1 tiny muffin. There was hair all over the tub and shower curtain as if it was not even cleaned. I would not stay again”
