“Breakfast was good the stuff were excellent”

“Room i reserved was under maintenance, so i got put in a room i think was pet friendly because it smelled like piss. Thought it was because the toilet wasnt flushed but no it just smelled like piss. I would of made it an issue but it was the only room available short term around town. It did suck that they don't have a morning garbage service. You have to take it out to the dumpster next to the building. Other than that staff is nice.”

“The hotel seemed clean, but looked older and worn. We had wallpaper pealing off the walls in our room. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The staff was very helpful, which we really appreciated.”

“I would have rated higher, but I left an expensive pair of shades in the room and called within 30 minutes and they said they didn't find them, so someone actually stole my shades, but I can buy another pair, I just hope they can buy a conscience. Also, they put us in a smoking room and we had to buy air fresheners. We were told we couldn't switch to a non-smoking, because non were available. I didn't even know they still had smoking and non-smoking rooms.”

“I arrived late. The room rate was pretty high. It was graduation weekend. So I guess they were looking to cash in. The room was adequate. Bed was comfortable. Shower was walk in. Brandi at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was kinda thin on selection.”

“Horrible experience, the old man at the front desk was rude. The rooms are terrible spiders everywhere stains on the sheets no matter how many sheets you ask to change. Bathroom shower curtain are moldy, air conditioners smells horrible. Not pet friendly even though they say they are. The guy seen my dog at check in waved pet fee because she is under 30lbs, six hours into check in they kick me out because I had a pet and didn’t want to give me a refund for the remainder of my stay. “The room was very nice and large. The hotel is under major renovation and I think they should have disclosed that before I made the reservation. That being said, I had to check out early and they were very helpful working with Expedia to make that easy.”
