“Check in was easy. The room smelled like mold/mildew. Breakfast area is teeny tiny, making it hard when there are dozens of people there at once. Unfortunately would not stay here again.”

“Well the check in I waited over 30mins for someone to come back from break/lunch. I guess only 1 person works there. The breakfast is terrible it looks like the food is from the day before burned or over cooked. When came down the last day there wasn’t any food available we had to wait 15 mins for them to bring it up. Would have been nice for a better breakfast some potatoes maybe hash browns?”

“Located out of Monterrey up on the hill with a good view on the area. Comfortable room, clean hotel. Cute small pool (closed in spring). Quick check-in even after 10pm. no pets allowed.”

“They were in the middle of an upgrade but it was nice, clean, quiet and nice parking. The restaurant was way better than expected and the full bar and staff was perfect. Thank you!”

“Ero già stato qui 3 anni fà e allora mi ero trovato veramente bene. Questa volta un po' meno. La stanza da due era davvero piccolissima così come il bagno (era difficile starci per una persona). La moquette della stanza era sporchissima piena di macchie. La posizione poi è ottima se sì è di passaggio per andare a LA (vicinissimo all'outlet). Poi devo dire che il bar affianco per la colazione è davvero ottimo.”

“Room was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Room could have been better furnished. No comfortable chair to sit on. Freezer section of the fridge was in need of defrosting, i couldn't put a drink in there to get it cold. Parking is very limited. Had to call staff to get the TV to work.”
