Hotel vicino a Stevenson Park - Chicago

“The hotels opinion of ppl riding motorcycles is horrible!! They told us we where not able to talk in the parking lot and would call the cops! If inside the buildings lobby, no more than 12 ppl or would be asked to leave the property... Dirty rooms with mild in shower on shower head! I was in room 118 if you want to double check! I would never recommend to anyone and definitely not if you own a motorcycle”

“Your basic run of the mill hotel. Staff were courteous and professional, however my only complaint was that my remote in my room seems to be out of battery. When I called to possibly get new ones I was told that only a maintenance worker would be able to change the batteries. Maybe enable the staff to resolve minor issues in the future.”

“The Property was beautiful! When we walked in, the first utterance out of our mouths was "Wow!" Street parking was easy. The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! Haha.”

“Hotel was pretty nice. Breakfast was good. Staff for us were nice. Pool area was clean not too crowded. My only issue. The mattress had No mattress cover, and we always check for bedbugs and it had a few stains on the side.”

“Plain, clean room. Very good breakfast. Parking convenient. Staff very accommodating. ONLY downside were vagrants sitting in chairs on sidewalk outside of hotel. Made us uncomfortable coming and going. Already reported to desk who acknowledged there were other customers who had voiced similar concern.”

“I booked Extended Stay because of location and an included breakfast, as was stated in Expedia. I was extremely disappointed to find out there was no real breakfast. It was coffee, a fake fruit stuffed granola bar or a mini muffin and you are only allowed 1 cup of coffee.
