“Room was clean. But towels may have smelled dusty. Everyone was nice. The bartender and restaurant food were excellent. Check in and check out were simple”

“Staff never answer the phone it’s ridiculous because what if there was an emergency or something kids running through the hallways all night very loud and loud music coming from other rooms it was horrible room 212 had bus in there definitely wasn’t worth my time or the amount they ask for per room been waiting over 3 weeks for my deposit back for the room deposit just everything was horrible staff for the front desk always hiding in the back never at the desk!”

“This was a decent enough hotel, the parking however is limited, hard to find a spot. ”

“I only had 2 issues. The only refrigerator was really small. If you wanted to cook or stay an extended period of time the space in the fridge is limited. The other issue is if you are a Hyatt member you can’t get points if you book through a third party. Everything else about the property is great. ”

“The Property was beautiful! When we walked in, the first utterance out of our mouths was "Wow!" Street parking was easy. The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! Haha.”
