“Gym was fine. Didn't do the breakfast.”

“I recently stayed at this Hampton Inn and had a frustrating experience after my stay. I accidentally left behind a Bluetooth JBL speaker in my room. I clearly remember setting it down while packing in a rush. I understand that leaving the item was my mistake. However, when I contacted the hotel, I was told multiple times that nothing was found. It’s very hard to believe that a noticeable item like a speaker simply disappeared without being seen by housekeeping. This situation is disappointing...

“We had to have our sheets changed because they were dirty and the room itself you definitely keep your shoes on. I have to say though that the staff was so so friendly and accommodated the sheet change immediately. ”
