“The breakfast was not ascexpected”

“It was clean and comfortable, but the check in was lengthy, since it was done through a kiosk and the attendants wifi connection dropped. She had to calling again and connection was choppy. Room was great.”

“I think for it to be a brand new hotel they had some things down like the ice machine on my floor and the pool was not heated as advertised. I also had to make several complaints on kids jumping in room above so the walls were very thin and you can hear everything so for that reason I would never stay at this location.”

“Worst holiday inn I’ve stayed at. Bugs in the bed of my first room so they downgraded me to a different room. All the carpet was torn up in the elevator. The shower door was broken.”

“The lock to the room we had rented wasn't working so they had to switch us to a different room. We did not get the King sized bed that we had reserved, so that was a little inconvenient. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff were helpful.”

“Staff were amazing, funny, and very helpful. The pool was closed and the elevator was not working, but we were given the option of a first floor room which we declined because we are able to climb stairs and other were aren't able deserve first floor rooms. Our room was clean and we opted out to have maid service the first morning as we had plenty of towels, soap, cups, etc ..but they were right there to help when needed. Honestly very friendly.
