“Bed was rock hard, no airconditioning in the main bedroom, too much light leak into the bedroom in the early morning. Small TV with only free to air channels and no ability to stream from our devices. Old outdated furniture. Lumpy couch and parking was way across the "resort" premium prices....”

“For those who needs a full kitchen n washing machine, this is the place. Minutes away from Coles n Woolworths and Dan Murphy onsite. Plenty of parking and a restaurant that serves full menu for families. The housekeeping is great, they change the towels n clear the bins daily. This is very important if you have to cook. There are a two things that they may wish to improve on. The cooking utensils ie pots n pans needed to be replaced. The frying pan doesn’t sit flat on the hob. One of the pots...

“It's easy to find parking in the area adjacent to the hotel. Rooms are nice and large, clean, not latest fashion but nothing to complain about.it feels like what you expect from a hotel in this price category. Check in procedure asking for another deposit, promote a strange feeling. It seems inappropriate and never had this before. I have no idea what guests are stealing, there are no great things in the room, only one large towel each, no bathrobe, didn't check if TVs can be dismounted....

“Room had been updated. Clean and comfortable. Air conditioner was in the kitchen alcove. Worked, but not where we needed the air. Ceiling fan would be good. Overall a pleasant stay. ”

“Staff were lovely. Room was very noisy with furniture being moved in the room above us. First, occupants scraping chairs on the floor (dining table I presume) then cleaners in the morning moving furniture / beds to clean. No room service to apartments that you pay a hefty rate for. You have to go and pick up your meals yourselves. Wouldn't stay again for the price. Not value for money despite the reputation. ”
