Loved the location and the design. The breakfast had good quality but not very rich and it was so crowded!!!
The staff was not always impeccable like in a 5-star-hotel it should be. Like the first day, I asked to sit for breakfast close to the windows (honestly, the hotel is already very dark... and in the morning I needed a bit of light!). The guy shrugged and said there was no place, no options, just the table he decided was mine. Maybe he could have checked if it was OK for me to wait 2’ for a table close to the window to get available... like his colleague did today!
The check-in also wasn’t smooth. I arrived at the 12th floor and discovered the card to open my room was not working. So I needed to go back downstairs.... of course, it was solved... but when you are tired after the trip and you have luggages (in total I did take them around 3 times!) you are not happy.
The sink also had trouble... :-/
I enjoyed my stay, the bed and everything but there is space to improve!
