“Great property in a beautiful town far enough away from the city. Free parking was great and staff were all helpful and friendly. Place is very professionally run - this is a hidden gem ( hope it stays that way 😉) I’ll return next time I’m in the area - room was clean and comfortable and the extra pillows we requested were in the room when we arrived,”

“How would you feel if all you were offered for breakfast was a bagel and cold cereal? They did have coffee. There was no sign up explaining why no hot breakfast or fruit available. When I contacted a front desk person why she said that they were expecting a delivery soon ☹️. This is a plain management problem. “Quiet area for a hotel”

“Fabulous place, recently renovated and super clean. Close to restaurants and shopping in a great little community. Easy drive to Grand Rapids. Will stay again if in the area!”

“The room was so disgusting! It was dirty and nothing is updated! It looked and smelled as if it had not been rented out in a while! There were ant traps on the floor. Dogs barking all night! The beds were rock hard and the pillows were flat! The only reason we stayed and didn’t ask for a refund is there was nothing alive crawling around and we stayed for a sleep only!”
