I mentioned I was dairy free at the restaurant, and my server let me know what I ordered in fact had dairy so I could choose something else. The front desk staff were also super helpful! The room was immaculately clean, and exceptionally quiet considering the proximity to the airport. Amazing stay from beginning to end!”

“Vahid and No. 5 east are just a sheer delight! The house is lovely, breakfast was great, and Vahid is so welcoming and cheerful. Only minor complaint is that, in the winter, if you aren't in a car, the nearest restaurants and shops are a bit of a walk, especially if it's winter.”

We were woken up at 8 every morning by people working in the hallway and outside the door. Drilling and hammering were not the best wake-up call. We didn’t have anyone come into the room to clean or replace towels at all until the last day, after we complained, and even then they left dirty dishes and we had to ask for towels at the front seat.
