“Salle de bain horrible et peinturer pour camoufler de la moississure, couvre lit tâché a l'intérieur. Lieu extérieur plutôt délabré..je n'y retournerai pas..le gars a l'accueil tres sympathique, café gratuit le matin”

“North Star was so beautiful . We had an ocean view room which was amazing ( thank you Mrs MacDonald for the upgrade) . All the staff were awesome especially Colin and Justin who own this wonderful resort. All the staff never stopped seeing that everyone was well looked after. Hope one day to go back for longer, already miss the place.”

“We had a nice stay in one of the hotel rooms. Staff were very nice. We didn’t actually golf, we just wanted to stay outside Sydney on our trip. The room was clean, we had a little issue opening the room door but the staff helped us out. The bathroom door didn’t lock or latch properly but we were able to manage that.”

“The owner\hostess was rude and obsequious. She has a footwear issue…..and offered used slippers as an alternative. The physical plant was fine. This is not a hotel….it is her and her yapping dogs home. I don’t pay $300 for a lecture.”

“The place is very dated. Cleanliness not great. Hair in the bathroom, crumbs on the floor in the room. Booked a single queen bed room, given a two queen bed room. Front end staff helpful. Desk lamp didn’t work. Ended up being the outlet. The bed lamp on the other bed didn’t work. Lighting in the bathroom useless. The lighting in the entire room useless. Would not recommend. The air conditioner, thankfully, did work.”

“Needs an update. Room was run down - holes in wall and carpet. Bed seemed to be broken. Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was ok and nice not to have to leave hotel to find breakfast.”
