“So quaint clean and welcoming. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was fabulous! We had a nice relaxing hottub time after our evening out. Room was so comfortable. Although we shared a bathroom we never saw anyone else and a second power room was a available. The neighbourhood was just as wonderful. We will be back.”

“Clean rooms, but somewhat dated. Over priced in my opinion. Not really a boutique hotel. Good on site restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Within a five minute walk to Avon Theatre. Great staff”

“I am hesitant to give Bentley's Inn an amazing review. It is a little gem that was simply amazing and if this secret gets out, they may be fully booked next time I want to stay there. Parking was great. Great boutique hotel. They had a cover band downstairs in the bar and we could barely hear them. They way they repurposed this building into a boutique hotel was amazing.”

“About the hotel itself, I have nothing but good things to say. Despite there being no front/receptionist desk (you have to contact their sister Hotel The Windsor Hotel) and no actual keys (both the hotel door and the room doors use numerical button plates with a code to or each provided when you check in), the rooms are quite comfortable and large enough to move around in; my own room could have accommodated two (a four-poster bed and a sofa bed). “what sank the experience was the kitchenette - dark with peeling laminate. after seeing that I didn't even want tto peel back the bedding. Just slept on top of the topping in my clothes. didn't see anything horrible or anything - just couldnt get over that kitchenette. bathroom wasn't great either.”

“Blinds broke when I closed curtains. Curtains do not provide privacy from parking lot. Bedside lamp switch did not work. Toilet dripped constantly. Heater/AC sounds like 747 revving up. Bed comfortable enough. Free hot drinks and cookies. Adequate for single night stay, but overpriced for what you get. More like Hotel 8 in style. Outdated facility on its last legs. Staff friendly enough, but no one was around at checkout.”
