“Our bedroom had pervious damage that wasn't fixed, pool and hot tub were broken. Paid to much money for that room ,which was probably only worth 50.00 bucks”

“Way too hot in the hotel (81 degrees on the thermostat in the breakfast room). Staff walking around barefoot, room not well cleaned (hair in the corners on bathroom floor upon arrival, dirty looking tub, missed some obvious things when vacuuming). Smelled damp through the place and kinda mildew in the room. Loud a/c. People drinking and talking loud at 10:30pm right outside - then left a pile of empty beer cans inside the hotel door. “Pool was green and very salty, breakfast ran out of coffee in the dining room and main area with no replacement, had to call from the front desk for someone to check us in, parking lot was too small and we were sent down the road to find “whatever we could find”. Elevator shuddered at every floor stop, very unsettling.”

“I feel bad giving this review as it seems like a family is trying to run this place and they were very nice but in way over their heads. Our room smelled terrible including the bathroom smelling like urine. The owner was very accommodating and switched rooms. The place had a dank smell, areas smelled like cigarettes, and hallways needed to be vacuumed. In the rooms the furniture was old, broken with no hardware on the dressers, no coffee maker in lobby, and had to request toilet paper in the...

“Not that it was a bad issue but the pool was being remodeled and was closed. So my wife decided to use the jet tub in the king suite. The jets did not work and black flaky stuff came out of the tubes. Overall it was a great stay and the staff was great. I cannot remember her name, but she was the hostess/waitress in the restaurant for breakfast and she was great! Very kind and helpful! Appreciated that very much.”
