“A lovely hotel in a great country setting. Nice grounds and a river at the end of the garden. Hotel nicely decorated and very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. I only had breakfast at the hotel but that was top notch. I would definately stay there again.”

“Beautiful property and landscaping. Really kind staff, hard-working, but slow service. Which is fine if you are up for a long relaxed meal. Probably a little understaffed.. Everyone worked very hard. Room was very nice but a little dated the bed was slightly soft for my comfort but very rich and historic site. ”

“Comfy bed and cosy interior. Sweet thoughtful touches to make it an easy stay. Well equipped kitchenette. Great for a few nights - we went to a wedding at Burtonfieldshall. We brought lots of food with us for our cooked brekkie , but maybe some bread and butter would have also been a nice touch? But really, it was perfect for what we needed it for. Wifi was probably the only thing that struggled a bit, but quite frankly didnt need it. ”

Such an awesome, cosy and quaint motel to stay. The breakfast made to order, warm and delicious was an unexpected treat. The waiting/counter staff were wonderful and friendly. Made our 1 night stay simply great and wish for a B&B experience a great one indeed. Room was huge and bathroom so clean. Water pressure was like a waterfall - another welcomed surprise. Thanks!!”
