“The front desk staff was wonderful. Kind and helpful. Enrtyway of property is nice. The first room i was put in was terrible. Carpet severely stained, and frayed, wall patched and not psinted, furniture beat up, shower wall cracked. Ican deal with a well used room if its clean but this room was one you give to a terrible customer. The second roo. Wss in much better condition. I get you cant renovate every room at once but there should be a point that a room is removed from service until...

“There is a Bob Evans right next door which makes walking over for meals very easy. There are also many other restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Located directly across the street is a large mall with lots of food and shopping options. The bed was a bit soft but quite comfortable. ”

“My partner and I had a lovely stay at the Quality Inn & Suites Evansville Downtown. We stayed for one night while on a roadtrip. After a long day and drive, we were greeted by the sweetest front desk woman who struck up a pleasant conversation with us while checking us in.
