“Basic hotel, poor conditions of room and its contets. Shower has no haging points, shower head does not work well, no vetilation, kitchen tools are old, A/C is right on the bed's level hence could not be used during the night in hot weather as it freeses the occupants and it is very noisy.”

“We really loved the location of this property. It was very close to downtown . Just off the main street and very quiet. In the back of the property was free parking and a nice fellow at the reception desk when we arrived. He explained how everything worked which was quite simple and everything in our room was clean and in working condition. Through no fault of the owners, the city as a whole is not a safe place to visit, particularly in the area where the property is located. “Oh boy...I greatly dislike writing negative reviews. While Chemainus is adorable, the location is fantastic and the exterior is a dream...this aint it. Mouldy drapes, a number of amenities were broken (electric fireplace, mouldy fridge), no wifi, questionably clean bedsheets. And (I have photos as proof) a white substance residue left on the counter next to the bed. I will say that the indoor jet tub was amazing! I swear I heard a cough below us at one point and noticed a little door that looked...
