“Terrible Terrible Booked it on Orbitz thinking it will be a reliable place. Paid $55 for one night. No clear directions or road signs how to find this place. I parked my car roadside just trying to figure out what to do now. A guy approached me to check what was I looking for. He then called somebody to confirm my booking. There was no office. Nobody would pick up the phone provided by Orbitz. Imagine what would happen if you arrive late. Access to hotel was not maintained at all. I...

“It was the worst experience of my life, booked this hotel on hotels.com and paid in full, upon arrival they told us we don’t even have the reservation there and hotels.com didn’t even pay them, worst customer service from hotels.com and from hotel management avoid this place and i am never booking through hotels.com, i had to find different hotel in the middle of night ”
