When expressed concern over this issue to the front desk woman she told me to go somewhere else. I have never seen such poor customer service. “The hotel is extremely old-fashioned and it smells that way. I had problems rating this because it wasn't bad but it wasn't great. Neither was the service or the amenities. It is a little ran down but it's a place to lay your head. The shower pressure was amazing. The rest was very dated then there was a crucifix tucked in to the frame of the bathroom doorway which added creepy vibes.”

“When booking the room, the cleaning service is indicated daily. In reality we discovered that the room cleaning service is carried out once every 3 days and in the last 5 days of our stay it was never carried out. For this reason the judgment can only be poor.”
