“I was not told of or see any spa. I paid for full english breakfast during my stay but only got it once when i complained. Bathroom door broken and after i complained was moved to an other room which have cold water and toilet not flushing well. Due to an error by Hotels.com not knowing the lodge had new owners our payment had been sent to the previous owners - we are taking this up with Hotels.com as phone number also wrong but given new owners phone numbers. “Kumba, die junge Frau vor Ort ist absolut top. Da gibt es gar nichts. Immer erreichbar, für alles eine Lösung, super freundliche, total gründlich - das könnte nicht besser sein und da sind fünf Sterne nicht genug. Die Räume sind groß und mit dem wichtigsten eingerichtet. Die Gegend ist super, zentral, sicher. Aber sonst würde ich nicht nochmal buchen. Das vierte Badezimmer ist ein Gästeklo ohne Duschvorrichtung. Damit nicht zu zählen. Die 2 Gartenstühle waren kaputt, dann wurden auf Nachfrage...

“Awesome property! Beautiful grounds. Staff is excellent, courteous and helpful. Onsite owners are a breath of fresh air. Food is high quality and delicious. Have stayed 2 years in a row and will return. The rooms are large and accommodating with private balcony overlooking the gorgeous pool and striking green scenery. I found nothing I wanted or needed that wasn’t there. Outstanding!”
