Une urgence médicale m'a conduit à l'hoîtal. L'hotel s'est chargé d'appeler l'hopital, le chauffeur est resté avec moi pour assurer la traduction, récupérer mes médicaments, régler si nécessaire etc ... Un grand merci d'avoir réglé cette situation stressante pour moi ”

“This location was very convenient to the airport, only a 10 to 15 minute drive through Chennai traffic. I think that this was one of the biggest positives for this hotel. Our check-in experience was pretty smooth. Cleanliness was rated a 4 mainly because we had found some items from previous guests in our room as soon as we entered. However, this was immediately addressed by the staff at the hotel and they were accommodating and friendly.

"Very bad experience, my friend was robbed of her value (not much fortunately) forgotten in a wallet, left in the room during the cleaning while we were away. That was undoubtedly a theft, cause the thief left a small size banknote dripping from the wallet. And, most awful and without any comprehension for what happened, we didn’t get any apologies of any kind. Poor staff and rude management. Also, the water of the swimming pool was green… Please do yourself a favor, stay away from this resort and choose another accommodation to admire the many beauties that Mahabalipuram offers. "
