“Siamo tornati in questo hotel visto che era in strada per andare a Toronto, c'eravamo già stati all'andata verso Quebec City. La struttura è carina, in un quartiere tranquillissimo e silenzioso. “When we arrived at 10 pm, there was nobody at the fronk desk. A sign said someone would be there in 5 minutes, which ended up being 10. By that time, there were 3 other people waiting. One lady was beyond upset at a party that was going on, on her floor and had wakened her 2 children twice.
I was sent a message online to pre-register which I did, only to be asked to do it all over again at the registration desk.

“We were booked into another hotel down the road that had no hot water. I called over and explained to James that we were in a bind and he went above and beyond to get us booked in within the hour. The hotel was amazing! Beds… heaven! Restaurant… fantastic! There was even a fireplace in our room. We were in town on business but the hotel made our stay feel like a mix of business and pleasure! Thank you! 🙏”

“Stayed here because it's right off the 401 and within walking distance to Shoeless Joe's and a few other spots. The area felt safe and the parking lot was well-lit. Room had a fridge and microwave which worked perfectly. The guy at the front desk was excellent and made sure everything was ready for me. Great value for a stay in Cornwall.”

“Don’t waste your money, pay a little bit more and go somewhere else. mattress NEED to be changed, NEED to buy pillows ( took the 4 of them that were in the room to make 1 pillow and we were 2 adult, we had to fold them in 2 to have something to rest my head on. ) not clean at all, sand in drawers, cherrios/frootloop beside night table and bed, lamp on night table not working curtains don’t even cover the entire window, had the light from outside beaming in the room, door won’t close missing...
