“The front living room area was basically useless. Poorly lit. The furniture was old and extremely uncomfortable....it needs to be replaced. We became sore after sitting on it for only a few minutes. The breakfast on Monday May 25, 2026 was a disaster. It was understaffed and two of the employees were missing for 10 minutes. Once they came back, they barely moved. There were no dishes, no silverware , hardly any food available and the place was a mess. The other two mornings 5/24...

“The staff was rude and no help. The pool and hot tube was nasty. Couldnt even have breakfast because the waffle mix was really thin and runny and didnt turn out and staff didnt even try to fix it so had to spend more money to go out for breakfast. The rooms werent cleaned very good because we found stuff that wasnt even ours in the room. Didnt have any shampoo or conditioner in the room to start with. ”

“I have never stayed at a hotel with a staff like this one. I actually received a phone call from them saying that I could check in at 2:00, in response to a request made by me the day before. They also volunteered a meeting room for us to use for a 2-hour murder mystery. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was constantly replenishing the food and tidying up the area. The desk staff was friendly and the room was clean.”

“The cleaning ladies were rude. I told them some spilled cereal on the floor. And they just left it there n kept chit chatting and moved on to the next room. And the pool area nice except 12 kids got in the hot tub and they were climbing on every one it made it all uncomfortable. These lil ones are young. And2kifs almost drown bcuz parents weren’t watching them! Never again!”

“Two travelers we received two towels. Asked for more. Out side needs to be redone, old garbage cans, painted tub and no elevator.”

“When I booked it was as Sonesta, so I was a little surprised when I arrived. It was a pleasant surprise. The booking was still good and so was everything with this stay. My room was near a side door so it wasn't far to walk to my car. Breakfast was good as well”
