“Purchased breakfast as an add-on to our 4-day hotel stay: * The first morning service and food were great. * The second day, there was one individual waiting tables for the whole dining room. The server refused to ask the chef if they would accommodate a special request. I ordered, but never received my drink and condiments for breakfast. * Third and fourth day, breakfast was mediocre. Conversely, I can't say enough about the woman working at the hotel check-in desk. She was extremely helpful...

“If ww were stayed at Fifth Floor I would give five stars but footfall noise is quite critical. I suggest a renewal with carpet instead of compact vynil tiles”

“The parking structure is shared with other businesses, and only certain parking spots are designated for The West End guests. However, the staff did not provide any guidance about which floors the designated parking spots are located on. We were assigned to Room #216, which is next to the laundry room, even though other rooms appeared to be available. I could barely sleep all night because of the noise from the laundry room.”

“I honestly didn’t like anything about it compared to other hotels at the same stars. The room that we paid for supposed two queen size I but they are more like full or double sizes. (4.6-4.9 ft wide to be exact). The sheets had spots on them, same the furniture. I had to call the supervisor to clean some blood spots or something red/brown from the nightstand. the phone had like green toothpaste on it. I have pictures of all of these. I asked to change the room , they refused and sent someone...

“The whole overall was the most very best Hampton inn that my new wife and I have stayed at . I was thinking Spence we were countrypeople we would not treated nice are looked down at. And stand very wrong . I would say your inn is classed a very gorgeous 100% . The lady that took care of us at the front desk she was a very blessed lady . Thankyou . And we come back your hotel.
