“When we pulled in the sign said “Hotel Indigo”. This was disconcerting since I had made reservations at a Holiday Inn Express. I also stayed at the same property in April when it was a Holiday Inn Express. It’s still an IHG property.. We appreciate the history of this hotel and it’s nice that the renovations celebrate this.. it’s on the National Register of Historic Places as the first motel on Route 66 in St Louis. ”

“Construction outside the property, but once you get inside, everything is very nice. Small, but modern lobby with small shop area for snacks and convenience items. The staff was very friendly. Really nice coffee shop, pizzeria, and cafe/sandwich shop attached. Our room was very nice and clean, with a large, modern bathroom. It was pet friendly, and our dog was comfortable there. “Clean hotel conveniently off the freeway. Bit of a five way intersection to get to hotel, but very clearly in view as to where to go. Above ground uncovered parking as well as garage parking under the building. If you park in the garage parking, there is no elevator-only stairs to walk up to the lobby. Bring your bags in first and then park below. Nice complimentary popcorn, dinner and soft drinks and cash bar until 7pm. Some fast food restaurants walkable but you have to traverse the busy...

"All’arrivo il check in è stato sbrigativo, la persona alla reception ci ha chiesto il documento a gesti e fatto la chiave della camera senza nemmeno salutarci nè spiegarci i servizi dell’hotel. La camera era un po’ rumorosa (verso l’esterno), ma tutto sommato confortevole, peccato che nel bagno mancavassero gli asciugamani per entrambi e sul pavimento abbiamo trovato capelli e altro sporco. Per riassumere: la struttura offrirebbe molto, ma il personale non la valorizza adeguatamente nei confronti degli ospiti."
