“Check-in veloce personale gentilissimo, colazione buona. La stanza non eccessivamente pulita sotto il letto la nostra cagnolina ha trovato tappi di bottiglia e cartacce. Il letto non era comodissimo. La prima volta in un hotel di questa catena trovato ”

“This a budget motel that could use some updating and repairs. Breakfast's ok but doesn't change from day to day. The rooms are clean, the stuff in the rooms work and the staff is easy to work with. Which is why I stay here every time I've been to Sumter.”

“I would not recommend staying here. I had a room booked and when I arrived to check in, the room smelled strongly of cigarettes. I asked if I could change rooms, but the staff gave me keys to other guests’ rooms twice by mistake. After that, I was told there was nothing they could do to help. I was also unable to receive any form of compensation for the inconvenience. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience”

“They are a RIP OFF!! I booked several rooms, AND PAID IN ADVANCE, for many days for several of our employees because we are working out of state, for quite awhile. We had a Sunday off, so some of our guys drove home for a day and a half, only to find that they had been booted from their rooms. After HOURS of dealing with Expedia, I was PROMISED refunds for the rooms. I still haven’t seen the refunds. I didn’t even get a promise of a refund on one room, so I am out HUNDREDS of dollars. “What a gem! Tracey, the owner, was super friendly and helpful. Everything is very clean and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Despite it's proximity to streets and businesses, it was quiet and peaceful. Parking is on-site and private. We would definitely return; one of the top B&B we've been to. ”
