“The staff was very friendly and the views of the mountains and trees were beautiful. The room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed, big balcony and warm fireplace. We had a great stay. ”

“We loved the location of this hotel and I loved the view from our room which was a view of the Gentle Giant ski run. I didn’t appreciate that they didn’t have daily maid service, considering how much we paid to stay here. There was a slip that you could fill out to request towels. I put that in and they called and said that I had to come down to the front desk with my dirty towels and they would give me clean ones. They couldn’t deliver the towels because they had too many bookings, but...
