“Easy check in process. Sheila at the front desk was wonderful! Our room was on the fourth floor and was clean. Very loud as we faced the gas station/road and it sounded like a drag strip at some points. It was so loud, we checked to ensure a window wasn’t open. Pool and hot tub were relaxing, although jets in hot tub didn’t work, which was disappointing. Breakfast the next morning was great with lots of options. “This is a small thing, but the bathroom door opens in an awkward direction. In the middle of the night you have to be careful not to run in to the door. Yes…I know from experience. ”

When we told the front desk about it they said “we’ll have maintenance take care of it when you check out.” They were very dismissive. There was someone else’s hair all over the bathroom and food crumbs under the desk. There were pink stains on the bedding. It was like they didn’t clean the room before we got there.
