“The property is full Of mold in the windows tubs shower stalls…shower floors were slimy has to place 4 towels in the shower floor to feel just a little comfortable getting in there for a shower”

“Not up to this group's usual standard. An old and loud AC unit was the most negative part of the stay. Staff were not rude but certainly not welcoming. We had to ask about breakfast times and other amenities - the answers were perfunctory. I was not welcomed as a Bonvoy member. Breakfast service was spotty - I ordered a breakfast burrito and received a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. As the only customer at the time, this was not someone else's order. None of these things by themselves...

“The property is one of my absolute favorites in traveling to Dayton. The AC experience as a whole, is consistently elevated and refined. It is the little things that amount to so much more. The staff is amazing and so very much appreciated.”

“Excellent location. Beautiful property very very clean. Connected to the arcade which is very bright and well lit. If visiting Downtown Dayton definitely recommend staying here.”

“I booked this trip through Expedia and paid for it beforehand. The hotel ended up triple charging me the deposit (which I ended up getting back.) But they also charged me for the stay as well. Ive emailed and submitted screenshots of the double payments, bank statements, etc, and still have not gotten my refund. This was in April, and its now end of June. Will never stay here again. Be weary booking this place through Expedia. First time Ive ever had this issue, so Im thankful. But still...

“We stayed for 3 nights and our room was never serviced, never saw house keeping. No clean/fresh towels!!! Terrible service, I went to front desk to ask about house keeping service and the answer was “we don’t clean rooms everyday. It’s done every other day… in our experience it was never done!😣😖”

“The staff was friendly and helpful, but the room was less than amazing. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, and the sink handles were loose and hard to turn off. If you turned it too far, the water would turn back on. It was a good location.”

“I absolutely loved it here. The whole family did! After this stay we started only looking for Drury’s to stay at for future trips. The food, the pool, how beautiful the hotel was. My one complaint, the elevator was soooooo slow!”

“The breakfast was a joke. 1 waffle maker, 1 toaster, cereal, muffins, yogurt and juice. Thats about it. No real actual food. No protein. No elevator. Got lock out after a certain time. Had to be buzzed in.”

“Awful experience. Appeared to be people that were living in this hotel. Could smell marijuana smoke from the rooms adjacent. Viewed a creepy crawly pest in bathroom. Air conditioner was as loud as a lawn mower. We checked in, but did not stay overnight in the room - went to a different hotel.”
