“Room was clean but the breakfast area was nasty with dried on gunk from previous days. After a great check in, wonderful room and amenities, this is a huge downer”

“The towels in the bathroom were very worn and frayed. Some even had holes in them. The only curtains on the window were blackout drapes. Since we were on a ground floor we could not have any light from the window except by having the drapes open which then allowed for anyone to look easily into the room. The electrical lighting was very poor, nothing but a few lamps which were inadequate. Also thought the complimentary breakfast was poor. The donuts were stale and the other things served...

“The price was the only good thing. You get what you pay for. The property was very run down and the interior was just as bad as the exterior. Locked plate glass lobby makes you think you are in a war zone in Detroit not Anoka MN”

“It seems the staff was trying to accuse guests of smoking in their rooms so they could charge them an extra $250,be careful if you stay there. The pillows where like toddler pillows. The shower enclosure felt like I was going to step thru it. The breakfast was always cold no matter of morning it was and less then appetizing. Don't recommend staying here.”

“Disappointed in the pool area. They do not have an adult time. Parents do not watch their kids. Almost got jumped on a few times and throwing balls and slapping the water. Also, the floors are very sticky in the halls and elevator. Not the best experience.”

“When we checked in, the room was clean but someone had used the toilet and a hand towel after the attendant had cleaned the room. My wife had to clean up the toilet herself. Staff was delayed in coming to room to clean up.”

“The faculty was nice and polite but… The reason I picked this hotel after a 12 hr day working outside in the heat was because it showed they had a pool in the hot tub. The pool was shut down when I got there and no hot tub existed. The room was dirty. The fridge smelled like fish. There was a cracks in the bathtub holes in the walls and the air conditioner was loud and kept me up all night. The towels were dirty and stained. There was also a towel stuck in the exhaust fan in the ceiling....
