“Nice pools and garden, breakfast as well satisfactory. Waterfront area has been neglected and not developed as other parts of Batam.”

“The pool area is quite narrow. To make things worse, smoking was allowed anywhere. It could also be no one was enforcing no smoking at the poolside. I was with my kids and we have to keep moving to different parts of the pool to avoid 2nd hand smokes.”

“Despite being a hotel that is quite old, we appreciate that the room was renovated to a modern look and we like the beddings and stuff. However the bathroom was a let down because sewage odour kept escaping through the floor traps. To cover the smell, the housekeeping use urinal mat, commonly used in public men's toilet urinals, as deodoriser, making not only the bathroom but the whole room (in fact the whole floor) to smell like public toilet.”

“The property is awesome, it clean, comfortable, quiet and better then we expected. Everyone in this trip is very happy and statifised with the room and it environment. Breakfast is good and the environment to have it is good and above expectations.
