La sistemazione è buona, moderna e pulita, ma i ragazzi dello staff reception devono assolutamente svegliarsi e capire che, solitamente, si prova a fare di tutto per soddisfare le richieste del cliente, soprattutto quelle che hanno a che fare con fatturazione, invoicing e documenti vari. ”

“We had a nice stay. The room was clean and modern and our request to be in a high floor room has been satisfied by the kind staff. Breakfast was great with many options The only note was the location of the hotel: it is relatively close by car to the downtown area and seaside and you can park either in the hotel garage (more expensive) or in the adjacent public parking lot (at night time not very safe).”

“I would have given a better review if I had more help. I stayed in a moldy. I’m severely allergic.The room was beyond neglected. Visible black mold on kitchenette ceiling and in the bathroom. ”

“What a resort! The rooms are beautiful, the pool is so relaxing and the robes were luxurious. Our group of 10 stayed there after our flight was cancelled and the following day we kept getting delayed. They were welcoming in us staying in their beautiful lobby area after we checked out of our rooms, until it was time to go to the airport. The food was delicious on site. We ate in the sports bar and upstairs in the pool deck. The only disappointing aspect was paying $11 for a tiny açai bowl. ”

Communication was excellent they wanted to provide me with the best service, the property was clean and very comfortable to stay in and close to the beach and local bars and restaurants.
