“The only issue which was very annoying was that being in 215 there was a hum and a bit of vibration making it difficult to get to sleep. On checking with the front desk in the morning we were told that it was likely from the fans of the pizza place next door. If the hotel isn’t full they should not place people in this room or others who might have this same issue.”

“TV didn't work in the room, kept shutting down / turning off. Notified front desk after 1st night, said it was fixed. Didn't get back till late the 2nd night so didn't use. 3rd night, still was shutting down. Someone came up to look at it ... kept shutting down for them, like they didn't believe me. They suggested I move rooms ...it was almost 10pm by this time ... no I'm not packing up to move at 10pm since I'm checking out the next day. “I spent 4 nights at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were excellent and friendly. Great breakfast. I have only 2 complaints, first there is a very strong perfume smell in the hotel, especially in the lobby. My room wasn’t bad. The room also had a window that opened to fresh air. When I came home all of my clothes and suitcases smelled like the hotel. I am extremely sensitive to smells as it affects my lungs. The second is that the pool and hot tub were quite cool, and I only used them...

“We had a wonderful stay, Our room was clean and had 2 queen size beds which we actually needed. Lobby area is quite big and clean too, good options for breakfast. We were served by Sukhmeet at the front desk and he seems a helpful staff. Even the other staff in the morning were also helpful and cheering. Hotel has an indoor pool and fitness room overall it was a great experience staying there. Thank You Team Clarion.”
