“The customer service was excellent and the property was perfect.”

“Arrived at the hotel after the 3:00 pm check in time and my room was not ready. They were still cleaning room. I left to run some errands to kill some time until it was ready. After an hour or so my room was ready. When entering the room it smelled musty inside. Floors were definitely vacuumed as well. Found toenail clippings on the floor next to the lamp. Shower had zero water pressure. Definitely won’t be returning to this hotel again.”

“The washing machines are filthy. I wasted time getting change and paying for detergent only to find them disgusting with dirt mold etc. The room was okay could have been cleaned better. There were stains on the carpet and some mold in the shower amongst other things. I also requested a pack n play for my twin babies to sleep but it had no guard/ sheet was torn, had stains from vomit/pee/milk. And food crumbs fell from it when I opened it. I obviously didn't use it. So I had to stay up and watch...

Cons: sink in room had a constant small stream of water, bathroom outlet didn’t work, one outlet by bed was loose so charger kept quit working until jiggled, breakfast room ran out of coffee cups at 7:00am, cracked picture in room, no towels or cleaning supplies in fitness room, lobby and breakfast room were hot, no microwave in breakfast room for the oatmeal. “Very nice room located right on the Mississippi with a view of Davenport across the river. Great breakfast and the bar on the top floor offered a beautiful view during sunset.”

“This hotel is the perfect location for concerts at the Mark. Plenty of parking in the garage, clean and spacious rooms. Staff was so sweet and friendly and asked how the concert was and chatted. Just such a great experience. Highly recommend.”
