I also noticed a broken blind that goes on the window blinds. I really haven’t noticed it until hours later but I didn’t see the broken piece anywhere so im assuming this is a recent incident before my stay.”

“Office personal was friendly, was able to check in an hour early, that was the only thing that was nice at the “Travel Inn”. Once checked in and received my key card me and my wife proceeded to the room, trouble started right there as the door wouldn’t work properly, once we were able to get into the room it was a total disaster. “Room was clean. We never saw staff the entire week we stayed. The breakfast was awful and there were very little food or drink options at the shop near the front desk. Hot water also went away very quickly. My family had to wait for hot water everyday. ”

“It was decent. Clean. I did kill a baby roach in the bathroom lol and the hallway literally smelled like a nursing home. I’m not trying to judge or talk about anyone. I realize that people do live in Extended stays and maybe there was an elderly person living there, but it absolutely reeked of urine in the hallway.”

Management takes no accountability in a so-called bully type of demeanor. Where the customer is always right, their portion is I just can't take your word for it.
