“Aging property with minimal amenities, upside the staff was nice and friendly, but everything about the place screams old and outdated. Hot water for the shower took 5-8 mins to finally reach temperature, toilet leaked so every 30-45 mins the toilet tank is filling while you’re trying to sleep. I stayed for the price but won’t recommend it for anything more than a place to sleep for those not overly picky about looks and condition.”

“Felt more like a motel 6 than a Quality. Room smelled immediately like someone had smoked there. Vending machine was not working. Ice machine on 2 levels were not working. Laundry dryer was so full of lint that it took two rounds to dry. Bathroom fan was disgusting as was the top lip around the shower. Toilet seat needed changed. It was so scratched up from use. Trim on all of the doors and door jams were missing paint from scratches. Needs a new cleaning staff. Night shift worker was too busy...

“This was a great stay. Room was clean, very spacious and quiet. Had an issue with the toilet, but the front desk sent someone immediately who took care of it with a smile. Would stay there again. Great value for the money!”

“It was ok, was able to check out very early. Let them know what was wrong with the room so they could pass the information along to get fixed.Clean rooms, ice machine didn't work, shower diverter was messed up and leaking sink pipe, still useable. Overall it was fine, only an overnight stay to later continue on our trip.”

“Breakfast lacked healthy options, fitness center had only a few basic machines, the small snack shop had limited options, shower was not clean, and the water smelled. An okay property but it seemed overrated and not worth the price. ”

“This hotel , put me in room 125, which should be renamed as the crack den of Mumbai! The room had cracked door jams, literally holes in the walls and a bed that smelled like year long Bodyider! I requested another room and it was slightly better. The room was being rented for 54.99 but I was charged 71.00, by Hotels.com! The manager refused to give me a receipt upon request! Never go to this Hotel ! ”

“Great place to stay hotel is clean and quiet very comfortable everything is walkable in downtown deadwood food in town is great food at hotel was good every one is friendly drove to several different places Devils tower WY Mt Rushmore,Crazy horse memorials Custer state park wildlife every where”

“Rooms are great. The only thing I don’t like there is the bathroom. The toilets are the smallest available and for older people or someone with knee or hip issues it hurts to sit down on. They said all the rooms have the child size toilets. ”

“The older housekeeping lady very rude however the younger one always nice and pleasant didn’t mind giving clean items when asked or tissue the other women she always seemed annoyed and didn’t want to wash she told me once a week and that I needed housekeeping to much when I only asked twice a week because I have OCD AND I WAS THERE FOR A ENTIRE MONTH SHE NEVER STOPPED UNLESS I called down stairs or sat my garbage can out”
