“Have stayed many times over the years and been very happy, unfortunately the condition and smell of my room was not up to standard this time. I booked and paid for a room for 2 people months in advance but was given a room set up for 1. I don’t expect to stay there again.”

“This property is advertised as 5* star establishment, but in my opinion it is at best a 3 star and that is because it is next to a golf course. It is a difficult address to find even if you have a sat navigation. The staff are very nice and extremely helpful. They even collected us from centre of town when we could not find the place. The room is very dark and large, but it smelled of desinfectante. We did not see the spa facilities, but judging by the reception area and the room I can only...

“The host was not available by email before had and my Mom and I went regardless. After a difficult time finding the location, we arrived in the late afternoon and we could not reach the host. We had to make other arrangements at the last minute. We were not allowed a refund. ”
