Upon arrival the parking lot had one guest repairing his vehicle and another having a tailgate party in the back of his pickup truck….couldn’t get into the room because the card reader was broken. Finally was given another room with a door that barely opened, a deadbolt that didn’t work, and wads of hair bubbling up from the bathroom sink. “We were not at the hotel for about 10 hours, but when I checked in, I got very minimal instructions and wasn't even told which direction my room was in. Then, when I checked out, I received no receipt and was told that my deposit would go back on my card, and it has not, and it's been a week. I am trying to figure out how to fix this error. It was overall clean, but dated from what we saw.”

“The moment we walked in after 1:30 AM, and two delayed flights we were treated with excellence. We let the desk know our bag would be delivered the next day. Since we were there for the Ducks graduation ceremony we wouldn't be there for delivery. The desk made sure to put it in our room. Uncleaned coffee pot... looked like soup was made in it, greasy residue; Bed mattress felt lumpy.; No comfortable seating... all very hard with long seat areas; Too much light coming under door at night, curtains you could not close all the way.”

“The door to our room had clearly been broken into. The chair looked like someone took a cheese grater to the fake leather. The staff was courteous and kind and the overall facility was clean. Beds were very soft, if you like that type of bed, this is the spot for you. The pillows were horrible. I would suggest bringing your own.”

“The room was quiet, very clean, but the bed was broken. Were only there one night and didn't figure out the bed was broken underneath and very noisy every time you moved. we were too tired to change rooms but it was so noisy I didn't sleep well all night. I was going to let the front desk know when we checked out but there was no one on duty at the front desk when we left. Otherwise its a great property.”

“Very nice budget hotel with exceptionally comfortable beds and spacious rooms. My only complaint is that the walls were very thin. Breakfast was very good compared to similar hotels. They even had a waffle maker that made 1-4 mini waffles instead of one huge waffle. They offered pastries, cereals, fruit, juices, and a standard egg, meat, and biscuit gravy (biscuits were not good though. They looked like they were cooked in a microwave). Staff was excellent. “Room appears decently clean, towels are fresh and soft enough, small bar soap is provided in room, NO shampoo/conditioner. No mini fridge. The bad, I did see and smash 4 small roaches, smaller than a pinky nail, probably at the end of the last spray Location is not bad to get around Salem”
