“It was clean but idk the outside was broken down. It looks like it could be a good hotel just hasn’t been updated in forever. ”

“The room set up was nice. Had a lil trouble with the mini fridge but the staff quickly took care of it. Did not receive daily maid service/ don't know why. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was good! They kept up on restocking low/out of items, so it was all fresh.”

“Pool and bathrooms filthy, breakfast had broken equipment and missing items, door to pool had electrical hazard with exposed wires. No manager on duty and staff didn't care about anything. Stay elsewhere!”

“Drove past this place so many times I never thought it was as clean and nice as it is. The room was super clean, the jacuzzi was clean, big and so relaxing. The bed sheets made me feel at home because they were floral and soft. ”

“Layout of the room was great. The staff was wonderful. The beds were hard and awful and the on-site restaurant was overpriced and unnecessary”

“Room was worn down. Carpet ripped . Marks in weird places. Garbage in the elevator. Greasy fingerprints.”

“Location central to restaurants. Brenda guest service was very helpful and professional. We came to Univ of Pitt graduation, she was able to accomodate us with checking in by 1pm instead of the 4pm check in time. Overall stay was great. Highly recommend Spring Hills at Marriott in Monroeville Pittsburg. ”

“Upon arrival thr male staff was too lazy to get up and greet me at the counter. He yelled from behind a wall asking on repeat if i was thete to check in. First impression was he was being lazy and didn't want to get up and actually do his job.”

“The property is clean, the rooms are as shown in the pictures, but parking is a little challenging. The main level parking lot is small, and the additional parking lot requires you to climb a hill that is a little steep. Not the fault of the property, just part of the terrain of Pittsburgh.”
