“Was charged extra for Waterpark which was never explained and doesnt make any sense for the price to stay expedia failed for that and hotel wanted to charge 45 per person not happy at all”

I called to see how to cancel my reservation because of the snow storm that was coming in awhile back and the front desk woman who answered the phone told me yes I can cancel. “I asked if I would get the $149 refund “ she said yes and that she would cancel as soon as she was done help another customer. “Stayed here before and it was great- this time not so much. I booked a king room and they gave me a queen, wasn’t too bothered since I did book through Expedia, and there was no price difference. However our room was not the cleanest, hair in the shower, floors didn’t appear to be vacuumed, trash pieces on the floor. Overall a decent hotel but just had a not so clean room, ”
