“The hotel have over 120 rooms. The room type ocean view and balcony we have a room no view no balcony. Breakfasts not to interested. ”

“So the first thing I want to say is when we checked in they gave us a key to someone else’s room and we opened the door and someone was literally in there taking a shower and we hurried up and shut the door! Then we got to our room and there was a piece of the wall on the floor with nails sticking out and I’m so glad my 3 and 6 year old didn’t step on it! “Our room was overlooking the beach with a great view of the beach and the beautiful sunrises! The staff was very accomodating!!”

“Great walkable location! Plenty of options for eating, and close to the beach. Beautiful view from our balcony. ”

“The property was under renovation and I was not made aware until I arrived. No free breakfast as advertised, ice machines didn’t work and carpet was being laid outside my room. ”

“Find a better place, floors are dirty, towels ate dirty, breakfast is pity. It is noisy. The plus is personal is friendly.”

“The condition of the room is unsatisfactory. The bed is worn out. The amenities provided are inadequate. ”

“Love that its dog friendly and on the boardwalk. All-around great deal for the location. Pro's: AC unit worked well, great view, great price, great location. Potential improvement options: carpet was really dirty and room smelled strong of smoke (but was listed as non smoking). Ultimately, i am not disappointed and would stay again! ”

“When we arrived, they told us the pool was closed for the day. Did not give a reason. They had a leak somewhere, which is understandable so we had no water for the first two hours. The room was missing a drawer in the kitchen, stunk like marijuana and the bathtub was literally peeling although it was very last minute due to a plane delay, and I only paid $100. It was definitely a place. I would never stay again.”

“Room And staff were horrible. Power went out in our room around 8:30 at night when we tried to tell Steph we could not get a hold of him until the next morning before lunch and they were rude and asked us to leave because of that”

“Was unable to contact the front desk to advise of late check in - I was given an email address to contact a manager and I never received a response. When we checked in the front desk stated the phones were out because someone tripped over the wires and they ripped out the wall. Tried for 2 days! I was unhappy and disappointed with everyone passing the buck and was not able to help. ”

“The room was a lot smaller than expected. The description said it was a double wide bed, but personally seemed like just a double bed. The fridge did not work and kept nothing cold, although it was plugged in. There was no shower curtain so water got everywhere with taking a shower which is crazy as a shower curtain is not expensive. The front desk person was nice but told us there was parking in the front, back, and side. When we went to park in the back, we got yelled at by 2 cleaning ladies...

“They double booked my room and put my kids on a different floor great price but when you stay there you will quickly find out why there prices are so low do not recommend ”
