“Nice hotel, I had a lovely stay”

“We checked in late last night at about 11:30 PM & the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly & welcoming. Right as we were wrapping up check-in, he was so sweet & brought up a little goodie bag with a couple of water bottles & some snacks. Definitely not a big deal, but it’s just the small things that were unexpected & was very much appreciated. “Very caring staff and good location”

“The space was amazing for families. Beds were clean and comfortable, the kitchen was equipt with enough dishes. The first night the were a couple people fighting till 2am ( quiet time is 22:00-05:00) Needs a deep clean”

“I selected the date to book this property for month of July and made sure dates are correctly selected, but received the reservation confirmation for the past date and Expedia refused to refund my money. I never received any service from Expedia or this Hotel but very disappointed with what Expedia did for me”

“The room was spacious and comfortable and they accommodated 4 of us with extra towels and coffee. We loved the balcony and the view and all the fun things to do within walking distance, parking was easy close and convenient and we only stayed one night so we didn't take advantage of breakfast this time!!! ”

“Only I did not like on app said 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. This is reason I booked but only 1 restroom available. Even I called 2 days before verify 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom person said yes 2 bedroom and 2 bedroom. But wasn’t ”

“Hotel in edificio storico, moderno negli arredi, pulito, personale disponibile, metro a fianco. Parcheggio a pagamento proprio di fronte. Ottima alternativa ai costosi hotel del centro di Vancouver. Perfetto!”

“Positive : Bed was comfortable. One staff member was fine. Negative: Another staff member was rude and unhelpful when we asked for face cloths that were missing from our room. Floor was not clean; white socks did not stay white. Rooms were not soundproof at all. We could hear the next door neighbour's every word. No elevator. So be prepared if you're on the second floor.”

“This place is worth the money, but it's a 2*, so you can't expect much. You have 10 min to let them know if anything is wrong. I found out the aircon didn't work, but we were headed to an event, so didn't report it. I'm sure they would have found me another room, but we didn't feel like repacking and we were only there for one night. My suggestion. Is to che m the aircon right away if it's hot out. The staff was very accommodating.”
