“VERY outdated hotel. Smells terrible everywhere. The thermostats in rooms from 1980s if not earlier. This is not what I would pay $230 a night ever again”

“The hotel was great the reason for the 3 was the dryer was broken and that was extremely troubling as we needed to wash uniforms for a tournament”

“Something new and delicious every morning. love the new coffee machines which grind then brew your coffee. Fresh fruit and yogurt were also provided. All in all, the cleanliness and care to detail made breakfast a real treat. ”

“It was quiet and the nature outside was peaceful. The amenity must include shower cap. The breakfast was average. It should include either ham or bacon for protein. Another surprise was to find the ants on the computer desk where we brew coffee. I guess the guests drop some sugar and that invited ants to infest. We had to wipe the desk several times to get rid of them. ”

“Close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Not far from the malls. Rooms are but it looked like they did some upgrades. Great for a quick stay for an affordable rate. ”

“Staff was friendly, and overall a good place for what I paid for it. A bit loud being near the highway but they can’t help that, and some of the other people staying there were loud at random times of night and there were some sketchy characters hanging around all the time. Over all good bang for my buck, and it was nice having a fridge/freezer at my disposal. I always suggest an upgrade to smart TVs, as well, so guests can just screencast or airplay with their cell, who wants to watch tv with...

“Surprised by $10 parking fee charged by the hotel. This is new and I wasn't informed of. I paid through Expedia for an all inclusive amount so I was shocked to see my credit card was charged by the hotel. This hotel is off a major interstate/highway. Wouldn't you think you'd include free parking in the total rate.”

“This was, without a doubt the nicest, cleanest, most well thought out property I've been to. Mary who i spoke to before going advised me it was a 4 Diamond Resort. Thank you Mary, I now know what a 4 Diamond resort looks like. It was an amazing, pool area, casino, restaurants, hotel, all 5 stars!! Or 5 Diamonds... Brittany was extremely helpful when we checked in. A wonderful experience. First Class all the way thru... Just an amazing experience. We'll definitely be back. Thanks again,...
