La recinzione bianca di Suttons Bay è una proprietà veramente unica per le vacanze. La proprietà è una raccolta di circa 1900 edifici agricoli ristrutturati a un isolato di sud di uno dei villaggi più caratteristici del Midwest Superiore. Il villaggio di Suttons Bay dispone di negozi di lusso, gallerie d'arte e ottimi ristoranti abbondano. Il recinto bianco della baia di Suttons è raggiungibile a piedi ed è situato in posizione centrale per visitare la contea di Leelanau e la sua numerosa cantina, ristoranti, villaggi affascinanti e il parco nazionale Sleeping Bear Dunes.

White Fence è una proprietà piccola e tranquilla che è stata meticolosamente rinnovata. La suite per gli ospiti è artfully fatto con privacy, tranquille e magnifiche vedute della baia tenuto in mente. I giardini sono splendidamente paesaggistici con aree salotto in tutto compreso ponti privati ​​sulla spiaggia. La stella notturna è memorabile. Anche se amiamo animali domestici e bambini, le suite per carrozze non sono progettate per nessuno dei due.

Direttamente dall'altra parte della strada rispetto a White Fence è un negozio di alimentari gourmet specializzato in prodotti locali e ospita una vasta selezione di vini dove il sommelier può descrivervi i vini locali premiati. C'è una zona cucina all'aperto a Recinto Bianco con una griglia a carbone se si decide di cucinare e piastra calda per la salsa e labollizione.

Anche direttamente dall'altra parte della strada, è il sentiero Leelanau, un percorso estremamente ricco di bici, passeggiate e corsa. Offre miglia di divertimento panoramico. Nei mesi invernali, il sentiero è curato per lo sci di fondo.
White Fence è stata inaugurata inizialmente per il business il 4 luglio 2010. I nuovi proprietari sono residenti permanenti di Suttons Bay e il nostro obiettivo è quello di mantenere la bellezza e la tranquillità che è stata gradita ospiti fin dall'inizio.

Very happy with our stay. The cottage was well stocked and very clean. The view is gorgeous and having a little private beach with a fire pit is so cozy! Definitely will be coming back!

spacious, high-quality designed lodging, that includes wonderful artwork. Great access to a beautiful beach area right on the water. The only downside was the properties exterior needs cleaning and painting.Another bonus was a great grocery store right across the street. The property backs up to a major highway, but the noise was minimal inside.

We could have titled this in a number of ways but you can’t beat this location that has a private beach and proximity to downtown Suttons Bay. We stayed in mid-May and it was very quiet and traffic was light. No problem getting into restaurants.

Thank you for a delightful stay in this comfortable & cosy carriage house. We stayed here to climb & hike the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park. A perfect location for exploring, as at every turn there was a hiking trail, lake, wineries & restaurants. So peaceful drinking our morning coffee & enjoying the lake view. We made so many incredible memories here thanks to our wonderful host’s thoughtfulness, easy communication & accuracy of listing. Check in & out process was simple. Our experience was 10/10.

Incredible location. Quick walk to town or to Hop Lot for some live music. Right on bike path. Incredible views. The carriage house is perfect for a couple. Good wifi. AC unit in the bedroom. Timely communication from our host. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Everything was very nice and as described in the listing. The main house associated with this guest house was vacant during our stay so we had use of their section of the beach. A public park and beach is just 100 yds or so to the south if you’re looking for a swimming beach and playground equipment. We enjoy walking and the street along the shore that starts south of the cottage at the park, continues for a couple miles out onto the peninsula forming the south shore of Suttons Bay. A nice walk. This location provides quick access to all the main cities of the peninsula and we took full advantage of that fact, visiting Leeland, Glen Arbor, Point Oneida historic district and Traverse City. Would love to do again.

We liked how close this location was to our own private beach, bike trail, shopping and restaurants. We kayaked and biked everyday and took short trips to wineries. We had a great time!

Selfishly, I'd really rather that this location remain a secret for my personal use as it is a real gem. Everything listed by the host is true but they did not convey how wonderful the space/location is. We enjoyed numerous sunrises and sunsets at the water front and short walks as all that was necessary to go for food and/or shopping. Best of all was the hosts were very accommodating and pleasant to interact with. We kept the windows open so we could enjoy the cool, northern Michigan evenings but it also meant that it could get too cool inside the unit. Instead of shutting windows and turning on heat the hosts brought by some additional blankets to make sitting and reading very comfortable and snuggly. (BTW the robes were really comfortable as well.) Please stay here (except for when I want to stat there.)

Clean, cozy spot to get away. Hosts are responsive and helpful. I would definitely take their suggestion #14 on their welcome letter to the hiking trail and all the food suggestions are on par (with many walkable from cottage). This may turn into a yearly destination for us.

The Carriage House at White Fence is a charming place for a couple visiting Suttons Bay. My wife and I stayed here several years ago with the prior owners and stayed again recently. It was just as cozy as we remembered and is in a perfect location to explore all that the Leelanau peninsula has to offer. We spent a day making a loop from Suttons Bay to Glen Arbor and back through Leland before returning. Lots of charming wineries and shops to explore and the view of the bay from the house can't be beat. When we next find ourselves in the area we will definitely look to stay here again.

Had an absolutely perfect weekend despite not having the best weather. So many things within walking distance. Quaint downtown area and some great restaurants nearby. Shirley was very welcoming and was available to answer any questions. Will be visiting again!
