Ampio ranch con 115 di facciata d'acqua immerso in una piccola baia privata sulle splendide acque blu di West Grand Traverse Bay. Creek privato con ponte pedonale attraversa il cortile sul retro per l'acqua. Vicino alla Leelanau Peninsula Wineries e Suttons Bay. Solo 15 minuti per Traverse City.

Oltre 4200 piedi quadrati di spazio di vita bella, tra cui due master suite (una al livello principale e uno nel walkout finito). Meraviglioso artigiano e finiture moderne di metà secolo e viste mozzafiato da quasi tutte le stanze della casa.

Il grande ponte superiore e lo sciopero di livello inferiore offre divertimento e svago per tutti, compresi un tavolo da biliardo, biliardino e sauna con doccia separata.

We had an awesome time at this location. Everything was very clean with plenty of necessities provided (towels, toilet paper, etc.). The kitchen was stocked with all the tools we needed to cook. Hosts left detailed instructions for checkout which we appreciated. Tons of spaces to gather and hang out, with great views of the water. Very close to wineries and restaurants, and home had ample parking. Would recommend for large groups. We had a great, fun weekend and loved the pool table!

Wonderful family time. Everyone really loved the house. Son-in-law very tempted to go paddle boarding. Wish we would have know about a few of the kitchen amenities like the Keurig. I brought my one cupper then we discovered yours. Kids absolutely loved the game room and our daughter who is 50 was having a great time with Pac-Man challenging her 22 year old son. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Hope we did right with the bedding. Thank you for a great timeChris and Jerry. Happy New year

We just spent Thanksgiving week here with our extended family. The home was so spacious and cozy, and incredibly clean. It had everything we needed. It dumped snow and was so pretty looking over the lake - I can imagine it's glorious in summer. We had a wonderful time!

This property was in a wonderful location for my group to celebrate my 50th birthday and enjoy some time in the area with wine tours, shopping and sites. Communication with the property owner was excellent, and we truly enjoyed the lovely home and view.

This was our fifth stay at this house, and every time is better than the last! The location is perfection, giving you beautiful sunrises over the bay while still being close enough to Traverse City to enjoy restaurants, breweries, and shopping. We appreciate that the linens and decorations feel like what you would actually purchase for your own home and not for a rental property. The art is stunning and the furniture is comfortable. The kitchen and dining room provide a wonderful place to gather and the living room gives us a chance to watch Football together. We enjoy using all of the fun games downstairs! And everyone seems to sleep really well at this house. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Great house and location, perfect for large families. So many amazing wineries close by. We had everything we needed. We had fun playing games in the basement and sitting on the deck (we got lucky and had warm weather for October). Would definitely come back here for another trip!

Our stay at the above property was much much more than we ever expected!!! The hosts were amazing!!! Very easy to contact, helpful, and even allowed an early check-in for us!!! The views were spectacular and every aspect of the house itself was exceptional!!! I would recommend this property to everyone!!! It was utterly stunning!!!!

This was a lovely trip! We had never vacationed on a lake or been to Michigan. The weather was quite pleasant, a nice respite from the scorching heat. The views were beautiful. We had so much fun using the kayaks and paddle boards. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. We did some hiking and explored Sutton’s Bay, a very nice town. Tristan & Cyndi were great hosts!

This was our second time staying at this incredible property and we enjoyed our week immensely and didn’t want to leave. The views are stunning, the house is spacious and well equipped, and the location is perfect to visit Sutton’s Bay, Traverse City, Tarte Trail and wineries. Communication with Tristan and Cindi were prompt and because they own Ride Leelanau, it was so convenient to get e-bikes delivered to the house. We used their grill, fire pit to roast s’mores, and kayaks and paddle boards. It was a magical week for my entire family and we can’t wait to rent this stunning property again!

The host was great and the home was beautiful clean and has lots of room. Nice back yard with a beautiful view and sandy beach. Has plenty of parking and is steps away from a boat launch. Convenient location to downtown Suttons and Traverse city. Our Family had the best time and can't wait to go back.

We had a multi generational family reunion and this was a house we all could stay in. It was perfect for all the little as well as our preteen kids. The kids loved the lake and the boat. We were really close to a launch point to launch our sea doo and everyone had a great time seeing everyone over the summer.

I invited a dozen friends to experience the magic of northern Michigan for a long birthday weekend, and Cyndi’s home couldn’t have been better as a home base. The backyard waterfront was a great venue for morning paddles and end-of-night bonfires, the family room and basement were great for games, and the kitchen had plenty of space and supplies to cook breakfast. The proximity between the city and Leelaunau wine tour bike rentals in Suttons Bay was ideal as well. I’ll be back!

The house and the lakefront property are truly beautiful, full of every amenity possible and highly conducive to a great family vacation. Everyone from the kids to adults loved the place and there is plenty to do outside and nside when it rained. The lake and scenery are just gorgeous. The owners were very responsive to any needs we had. I highly recommend this spot. I can't think of any negatives.

This house is so so beautiful! The amount of space in it and the layout is perfect! The location and just every thing about it is spot on. I totally recommend staying here whether it is for a family getaway or for a girls weekend visiting wineries!
