“Great host, room spotless. Breakfast vegetarian and vegan, fantastic choice. My daughter who is dairy intolerant was delighted with choice that she had. Enjoyed the dolls dotted around. Most impressed with Spanish Armada tea pot!”

“It was comfortable, quiet and conveniently located for exploring the area. Comfortable beds, everything one needed in the kitchen, big bathroom and large dining/sitting room. Wasn't keen on open plan bedrooms upstairs, where one could see and hear everything that was said and done in the other bedroom.”

“Old Hall is a quirky, beautiful old building. The bedroom was cosy and clean. The reception staff were amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast service was a little disappointed. We had to ask for water, brown sauce, baked beans, teaspoons and tables were left with dirty plates for longer than needed ”

“The bathroom was dirty, the toilet seat wasn't on straight. Blood on the bed sheet. Staff were not interested and unhelpful. We had to pay to park at the hotel when we arrived. We thought we would try to spa and we also had to pay for that. We asked for towels in the spa and the staff just shrugged and said there wasn't any. The changing rooms were dirty and no lockers to put valuables. The steam room was set at the temperature of the sun and the sauna wasn't on ”

Non si tratta propriamente di un hotel, ma sono delle stanze al di sopra di un pub, quindi non avrete una hall o uno spazio relax: ma la buona notizia è che potrete rilassarvi direttamente nel loro beer garden. “Place smelled horrible. Bedsheets were stained. Mold all over the shared bathroom. I found a pair of used underwear beneath my mattress. The place had not been vacuumed in ages. Very shocked Expedia would allow a place like this to remain on their website. ”
