“it marked as 4.5 star hotel but actually not. the room service need to book ahead, if you don't call, then nobody come to clean your room. there's no self parking, only valet parking available and charges another $55, remember to bring extra car keys if you used to control your car with your phone, cause if you don't have the key, you have to park by yourself but they will still charge your valet parking fee. “Beautiful historic hotel, so glad it has been preserved. Loved the photos in the "history" staircase. Enjoyed experiencing the grandier of this old building. Staff was very accommodating.”

“We stayed in a suite with king size bed. Very spacious, clean and comfortable - interesting design of the suite, including a bathroom with deep tub and shower that was great. The rooftop bar and restaurant upstairs was very good, offering brunch, lunch and dinner. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel seems to have very good security - the surrounding neighborhood is clean but there are a few homeless wandering on certain streets not far from the hotel, but at least there are no tents. “Our room was spacious, but of course we paid nearly $3000 for it so I would expect that. I liked the daily housekeeping as well as the full kitchen in our townhouse. I wished the hotel would’ve provided free water bottles in our room. That would’ve been a nice amenity to enjoy for the price we paid. As far as criticisms go, the toilet paper roll is not adequately positioned in the master bathroom. It was very uncomfortable to roll out. Also the shower is definitely needing to be updated.
