Guest house a Swanage

“We chose the hottest days of the year to stay so the room was boiling, fortunately we took a fan with us but the owner also gave us another too. The room was perfectly adequate for our needs good shower but the toilet flush was slow, plenty of tea/coffee. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner. Easy breakfast idea in dining room lots of choice (but no cooked) we knew b4 so never worried us. I thought it was good value for the money more than happy. Big bonus there was parking and 10 min walk...

“This property is full of character and interest. There is a lounge with an honesty bar, also a small fridge with bottles of real milk that you can help yourself to. Outside there is a terrace where you can sit and enjoy the sun and watch the harbour side activity. Our room wasn’t large but had all you needed for a comfortable stay, although I would have liked a small hand towel. “Was a lovely simple property in the heart of Bournemouth, only a few minutes walk from the town or the beach. Self check in/out was seamless and they offered a decent self-service breakfast. Room was clean with plenty of amenities.”
